📄 Return and Refund Policy

Bliss Extension Era / Bliss Era Studio

At Bliss Extension Era we want you to feel safe when you shop with us. At the same time, we sell hair products and extensions that are subject to their own rules for hygienic reasons.

❌ No returns on opened packaging

For reasons of hygiene and quality, no returns or exchanges apply to:
• Hair extensions
• Wigs
• Hair products

if the seal or packaging is broken.
This applies even if the product has not been used.

✅ Returns on unopened packaging

If the product is:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In original packaging

Returns can be considered within 14 days, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

Returns must be approved in advance via email.

🚚 Return costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping is not refundable.

⚠️ Error or damage

If you receive a product with:
• Manufacturing defect
• Damage during transport

This must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with photos attached.

Slight variations in color, length and texture may occur, as these are natural products.

💳 Payment

We offer secure payment via approved payment solutions.
All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT where applicable.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping

• Shipping cost: FREE on all orders
• Standard delivery time: 14 days
• Special / custom orders (extra lengths, special colors or textures): approximately 10–17 days

Delivery time may vary due to stock status, production and holidays.
Delays do not entitle you to compensation.

🔐 Responsibility

Bliss Extension Era is not responsible for:
• Incorrect use of the product
• Lack of maintenance
• Damage that occurs after the product has been put into use

We always recommend following our care and maintenance advice.

📝 Changes

We reserve the right to update prices, products and terms without prior notice.
