📄 Return & Refund Policy

At Bliss Extension Era, your trust matters to us. As we sell 
hair products and extensions, hygiene rules apply.

✅ Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided 
the product is:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In original and undamaged packaging

All returns must be approved in advance via email.

❌ No Returns on Opened Packaging
For hygiene reasons, the following items CANNOT be returned 
if the seal is broken:
• Hair extensions
• Wigs
• Hair products

This applies even if the product has not been used.

🚚 Return Costs
• The customer is responsible for return shipping
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Standard delivery: 14 days (free shipping)
• Custom orders: 10–17 days

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report 
it within 24 hours with photos attached.
